This page explains how we handle personal data and cookies on saunaline.eu. We keep data collection to a minimum: there is no online shop, no account, and no contact form. You reach us directly by email or phone.

What data we process
When you write or call, we process the data you choose to share (such as your name, email, phone number and the content of your message).
When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard technical data (such as IP address and browser) needed to serve and secure the pages.
With your consent, Google Analytics collects anonymous usage statistics.
Why we process it, and the legal basis
To answer your enquiry and take steps toward a possible commission (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
For our legitimate interests in correspondence and site security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To measure site usage, only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
To meet legal obligations where they apply (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Cookies & analytics
The site stores one small item that remembers your cookie choice. This is necessary for the consent mechanism to work.
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you press “Accept”. Until then, and if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and the site works fully. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the site's cookies in your browser.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who receives the data
Our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare), which serves the site.
Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC), only if you consent to analytics. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle it and for the relevant limitation periods.
Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings, or until you withdraw consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

Is providing data required
Providing data is voluntary, but it is necessary for us to reply to your enquiry or prepare a quotation.
